Easy and delicious!! I did add more sun-dried tomatoes than the recipe called for, since we love them. Would definitely make this again! The whole family loved it.
I found this recipe to be extremely tasty!!! I thought I would be missing the meat element but I wasn't!!! Extremely flavourful, and definately a keeper! Will make again!!!
I didn't stick exactly to the ingredients but it turned out great! Used fresh spinach and feta olive oil and parmesan along with some fresh veggies. Yum.
