Both me and my fiance enjoyed this recipe, but it seemed to be missing something. We can't seem to figure out what that is, but will make this again adding chicken or salami even.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was enjoyed by our whole family! This was enjoyed by our whole family! I too added chicken and it was a great meal. I tried it hot and cold (as leftovers), and preferred it hot but the cheese did melt in clumps. Next time I'll let the pasta cool a little before the cheese is added.

The second time I used a lesser quality of sun dried tomatoes and it showed. I would use a higher quality product next time despite the cost.
