  • Heat large nonstick skillet on high heat. Add bok choy, peppers, half the garlic and 1 tsp. ginger; stir-fry 1 min. Stir in broth; cover. Simmer 3 to 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm.
  • Combine meat, dressing, soy sauce, and remaining garlic and ginger.
  • Heat same skillet on high heat. Add meat mixture; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until meat is done. Spoon meat and sauce over vegetables.

Serving Suggestion

Top with thinly sliced green onions. Serve with hot cooked rice.


Substitute fresh or thawed frozen broccoli florets for the bok choy.

    I made a couple of subs, I used broccoli instead of the book chop and ground ginger instead of fresh. I didn't add enough ginger so you couldn't taste it and I should have added more dressing, it just wasn't enough. I did marinade the meat for a couple of hours in the dressing but I just felt hat it needed more flavor.

    Passed the kids test. The 5 yo thought the bok choy was yucky but they ate all the meat. 7 yo could not get enough!
