  • Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and garlic; stir-fry 2 min. Add vegetables, dressing and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and meat is done.
  • Spoon rice onto platter; top with meat mixture.

    So good and the kids loved it!!...I used a different cut of meat and a bit dressing and was still awesome

    Although, I would try something different...I would only use fresh veggies, and add some onion to it as well. In addition, my suggestion is to NOT begin the cooking process of the meat and veggies w/sauces until way after you started cooking the rice, almost at the end of that process. Also, this recipe needs a little kick to it... not sure what exactly, but it was somewhat bland. Just my opinion, and the opinion of my family too.
