What You Need

lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips

cloves garlic, minced
5
cups small broccoli florets
1/2
cup water
1/4
cup KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
2
Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1/4
tsp. crushed red pepper
1/4
cup PLANTERS Cashew Halves with Pieces

Make It

HEAT oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook 6 to 8 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.

ADD broccoli and water to skillet; cover. Cook 3 to 4 min. or until broccoli is crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

STIR in chicken and all remaining ingredients except nuts; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Top with nuts.

Serve with hot cooked brown rice or whole wheat pasta.
How to Easily Cut Chicken
Cutting boneless skinless chicken breasts into pieces can be a slippery task. Make it safer and prevent the knife from slipping by cutting the chicken while it is partially frozen. The firmer chicken is much easier to cut and handle.
