  • Heat oven to 450ºF.
  • Place chicken on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake on upper rack in oven 20 min.
  • Place chickpeas, onions and broccoli on separate rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; add to oven after 20 min. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in small bowl.
  • Bake chicken and vegetables 30 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF) and vegetables are tender, brushing 3 Tbsp. dressing mixture on chicken for last 10 min. of baking time. Just before serving, drizzle remaining dressing mixture on vegetables; toss lightly.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with fresh fruit and a side salad to round out the meal.


Baking chicken on the upper rack results in extra-crispy skin.


Peel broccoli stalks if a more tender result is desired.
