Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast, easy, and economical I do cooking demonstrations at our rural local food pantry to show people what they can make with ingredients given to them. This recipe was a great one to use because this week, many of the items on the list were in their grocery bags. I used canned chicken instead of fresh, because that was in the bag. I did have to purchase the sesame dressing, but there was a coupon in the paper and I told all the folks this. After hearing what I was doing, one of the local food markets donated 2 cases of this dressing to the pantry to add to the shopping bags. Everyone at both the morning and afternoon sessions really enjoyed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I read the previous comments and made some changes myself and thought it came out great. I read the previous comments and made some changes myself and thought it came out great. You do need to at least double the sauce. I added my sauce to a pan with some minced garlic (jarred stuff worked fine) and then a little toasted sesame oil and some red pepper flakes along with the peanut butter. I also did not use the entire bag of coleslaw since it was the husband and I eating it and not the kids. I also added in some shredded carrots and the green onions. I accidently grabbed lemon pepper rotisserie chicken so it added a little extra zing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sounds good. Sounds good. Quick tip, I always break up my Ramen noodles before opening the package no matter how I'm going to cook or use them. Simply lay them on the counter top, take your meat mallet/tenderizer and using the flat side ***** at the noodles until they are broke up. Don't hit them so hard that you break **** the package, just hard enough to break them up. then **** the package and whallah!...broke up Ramen noodles ready to use or cook.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome w/ additions I made this recipe it turned out wonderfully! However, I did I dice up a green bell pepper and add it in and I drained a can of Mandarin orange slices and added that in also. I also doubled the amount of dressing that I put on it. I could eat this all summer!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, easy meal! Great, easy meal! Would make a great side salad at a potluck, with or without the chicken. I cooked and drained the noodles before tossing them with the remaining ingredients as I didn't think my kids would like a dry, crunchy salad. I also doubled the dressing based on reviewer comments. It was delicious! My daughter asked for seconds. It definitely serves more than 4 (maybe 5 or 6).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Daughter made this for our Bunco Group. My Daughter made this for our Bunco Group. It was fabulous and she said she made it just like the recipe since she hadn't made it before she didn't want to make any changes. It was very very good and I will definitely be making it myself. I think it would be just as good without the chicken and just serve it as a salad.
