What You Need

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

3/4

cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Asian Sesame Dressing Mix, divided

cups finely shredded green cabbage

carrot, shredded

1/2

cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts

Make It

PREHEAT greased grill to medium-high heat. Grill chicken 10 to 12 min. or until cooked through (165ºF), turning after 5 min. and brushing occasionally with 1/4 cup dressing.

TOSS cabbage with carrots, peanuts and remaining dressing. Serve with the chicken.

A very quick meal and flavorful. Next time I would marinate the chicken in the dressing. The slaw is very unique and quite tasty. Not a hit with the kids, but the adults liked it.

Overall very easy to make. I used my George Foreman to grill the chicken. I marinaded it for about 30 mins prior. I also used a bagged coleslaw mix. It was yummy but needed some extra zing, I will try adding mandarin oranges and maybe almonds or cashews next time.

Slaw was very unique and chicken was moist. Would definately make again.

This looks wonderful! Thanks for the ideas on substitutions. I am not as concerned about the general fat content in this recipe since only 4.5g are saturated, but I am always for cutting out any of those grams that I can..... I can't wait to try this recipe. I haven't decided what I will serve with it though....

This was a tasty recipe, but 33g of fat is a little high. Instead of using the Good Seasonings dressing (which is quite high in fat) I made my own lower fat sesame dressing and used fewer peanuts, and it tastes just as good, but is much healthier!
