What You Need

1/3
cup GREY POUPON Savory Honey Mustard
1/4
cup oil

Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2
Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4
tsp. hot pepper sauce
4
cups cooked rice
1
lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, cut into bite-sized pieces
3
 green onions, sliced
1
small red pepper, coarsely chopped
1/2
cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts

Make It

MIX mustard, oil, hoisin sauce, soy sauce and hot pepper sauce until well blended.

TOSS rice with chicken, onion and red pepper in large bowl. Add mustard mixture; mix well. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.

STIR in peanuts just before serving.
