  • Cook chicken in hot oil in skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (165ºF).
  • Add 2 Tbsp. Cooking Sauce; cook on low heat 1 min., turning chicken after 30 sec.
  • Combine remaining ingredients. Add 2 Tbsp. Dressing; mix lightly. Serve with chicken.

To toast the nuts, cook them in skillet on medium heat until golden brown, stirring frequently.

    this was an easy "i'm working late tonight" supper. My husband called me when he was leaving work and it was ready when he got home. No re-heated food..fresh and pretty tasty,too. Light enough to eat at a later hour. I am anxious to try the other varieties.
