I substituted wonton cups for the crackers and also substituted sesame stick croutons for the peanuts and these were great. The dressing is very tasty and the chewiness of the wonton cups is a nice contrast. Brush wontons, both sides, lightly with oil & bake in muffin tin 5 min. At this point u can ref.or freeze cups. Then fill cups with mixture & back 5 min more.
