    My family of 6 really enjoyed this! I used boneless/skinless thighs and made extra sauce.My hubby suggested that we mix in the rice and broccoli next time to make it a one dish meal.

    I used boneless skinless chicken breast and cut it into bite size pieces. I doubled the sauce and added a bag of frozen stir fry veggies for the last 5 minutes of boiling. Served it over white rice. Was very very good!
