  • Mix dressing and ginger until blended.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Top with nuts just before serving.

Note

If desired, moisten salad with additional 2 Tbsp. dressing just before serving.

Special Extra

For added flavor, stir 1/2 tsp. sesame oil into dressing mixture before tossing with noodle mixture.
