Asian Pasta Salad with Lime

Grated gingerroot and a zesty lime vinaigrette add an Asian-style appeal to this tasty pasta salad.

What You Need

1/2
cup  KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing
1
Tbsp.  grated gingerroot
1/2
lb.  angel hair pasta, cooked, cooled
1
cup  snow peas, cut in half
1/2
cup  sliced radishes
1
 carrot, shredded
4
 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2
cup  PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped

Make It

MIX dressing and ginger until blended.

COMBINE all remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add dressing mixture; toss to coat. Refrigerate 30 min.

TOP with nuts just before serving.

Note
If desired, moisten salad with additional 2 Tbsp. dressing just before serving.
Special Extra
For added flavor, stir 1/2 tsp. sesame oil into dressing mixture before tossing with noodle mixture.
Make Ahead
Salad can be stored in refrigerator up to 24 hours before topping with nuts and serving.
