  • Cook rice as directed on package, omitting butter and salt.
  • Meanwhile, cook soy sauce and oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 1 min. Add meat; cook and stir 4 to 5 min. or until done. Add vegetables and dressing; cook and stir 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  • Serve over rice.


Substitute your choice of other stir-fry ingredients, such as Chinese kale (gai lan) or bean sprouts, for one or more of the vegetables.
