What You Need

lb.  uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp

tsp.  oil
1/2
 KRAFT SIZZLING SALADS Asian Chicken Dinner Kit

cups  tightly packed baby spinach leaves
1
 fresh mango, chopped
1
 red pepper, cut into strips
1
cup  cucumber slices

Tbsp.  PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts, coarsely chopped

Make It

COOK and stir shrimp in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 to 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink.

ADD 1/3 cup Teriyaki Ginger Cooking Sauce; cook on low heat 1 min., stirring frequently.

COMBINE remaining ingredients. Add 1/3 cup Toasted Sesame Dressing; mix lightly. Top with shrimp and nuts.
