Asian Stir-Fry

What You Need

Tbsp.  vegetable oil spread
1
lb.  boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
3
cups  cut-up mixed fresh vegetables (broccoli, red peppers and snow peas)
1/4
cup  hoisin sauce

Tbsp.  soy sauce
3/4
cup  BACK TO NATURE California Almonds Sea Salt Roasted
2
cups  cooked white rice

Make It

HEAT vegetable oil spread in large nonstick skillet. Add chicken; stir-fry 4 to 5 min. or until no longer pink. Add vegetables; stir-fry 2 min.

STIR in hoisin sauce and soy sauce; bring to boil. Add nuts; cook until chicken is done and mixture is heated through, stirring frequently.

SERVE over rice.
