I really enjoyed this recipe! I made a few changes based on what was available in the store. I used cole slaw mix instead of plain cabbage, iceberg lettuce and extra green onion and dressing. With my leftovers, I threw the meat mix over cut up lettuce and it was great for lunch. I even "tricked" my family with the crumbles, they had no idea and were impressed once I told them. Will make again and double!
My husband and I were very anxious to try this recipe with the BOCA Veggie Crumbles. We usually use ground turkey in all our recipes instead of beef, and this was surprisingly a delicious alternative. The Asian dressing works very well with it. I would definitely make this again.
