This easy beef stir-fry stars fresh asparagus, spicy sauce and strips of sirloin served over fluffy rice—and it's ready in just 25 minutes.

What You Need

1/2
cup  KRAFT Classic CATALINA Dressing
2
Tbsp.  lite soy sauce
1
lb.  boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1
lb.  fresh asparagus spears, trimmed, cut diagonally into 2-inch lengths
1
 red pepper, cut into strips
6
 green onions, diagonally sliced
2
cups  hot cooked long-grain white rice

Make It

MIX dressing and soy sauce in wok or large skillet.

ADD meat; stir-fry on medium-high heat 3 min. Add asparagus and peppers; stir-fry 5 min. or until meat is done. Top with onions.

SERVE over rice.
