This dish is absolutely fantastic! Like another reviewer, I use fajita beef to make it quicker. The catalina/soy sauce mixture has a wonderful flavor. I have made this several times.
I am not a big stir fry fan but this was fantastic! Shared leftovers with my neighbor and she agreed that it was a very tasty dish??
