 cucumber, peeled, cut lengthwise in half and sliced

cup  ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2
cup  chopped red onions
1/2
cup  chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/4
cup  chopped black olives
1/4
cup  KRAFT Greek Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2
cup  ATHENOS Original Hummus

cups  chopped romaine lettuce

Make It

COMBINE first 5 ingredients in large bowl.

ADD dressing; toss to coat.

SPREAD hummus onto 4 serving plates; top with lettuce and cucumber mixture.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with fresh pita bread wedges.
Special Extra
Cook 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts until done (165ºF); cut into strips. Add to salads between lettuce and cucumber layers.
Substitute
Substitute Greek olives for the black olives.
