    When I try a new dish I like to follow it exactly the first time. Wasn't sure what to do with the hummus, recipe didn't say. So I put a thin layer on top of the cheese mix. Now for the second, I did use Kangaroo Flatbread, it made much more sense and the cheese spread made 7-8 easily. So, had to double the other ingredients. Would be better if added loose spinach and olives though. Definitely needed more veggies. I would consider making again with those changes.
