Trim ends from cucumber, then cut lengthwise in half. Use the tip of a teaspoon to gently scrape out seeds from each half starting at the top and moving downward in one direction.

This has become a go-to recipe for me! It's SO good and everyong loves it. The only thing I change is that I use regular feta instead of the basil/tomato one.
Tip: don't peel the cucumbers. It's much prettier with the bright green peel showing in the dip.
I loved it...as did the people I served it to. Very "fresh" tasting.
