I sauteed in butter in skillet 4 minutes on each side and served with the rice and a side of asparagus. Delicious!

what you need

cup  KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
 large sea scallops (about 1 lb.)

Make It

POUR dressing over scallops in medium bowl; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Remove scallops from the marinade; discard marinade. Thread 2 of scallops onto each of 6 skewers.

GRILL 6 to 8 min. until cooked through, turning after 4 min. Serve over Lemon-Pepper Rice.
