  • Pour dressing over scallops in medium bowl; toss to coat. Cover. Refrigerate 30 min. to marinate.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Remove scallops from the marinade; discard marinade. Thread 2 of scallops onto each of 6 skewers.
  • Grill 6 to 8 min. until cooked through, turning after 4 min. Serve over Lemon-Pepper Rice.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was okay. This was okay. I don't on a grill so I sauteed them instead and seasoned them with Old Bay seafood seasoning and added lemon juice to the marinade. Came out pretty good.
