  • Combine tomatoes, onions, chile and garlic in medium bowl. Add dressing; mx lightly.
  • Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 15 to 20 min. or until ingredients are evenly charred, turning occasionally. Cool 5 min.
  • Peel tomatoes; discard skins. Place tomatoes in food processor container. Add remaining roasted vegetables, garlic, cilantro and vinegar. Use pulsing action to process until desired consistency.
