Leaf peepers know there's nothing as glorious as the colors of autumn. That's how we feel about this green salad tossed with fiery red and yellow peppers.

What You Need

each  red and yellow pepper, sliced
medium  portobello mushrooms, sliced
medium  red onion, sliced
pkg.  (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast
bag  (10 oz.) mixed salad greens
cup  KRAFT Parmesan Romano Dressing

Make It

COOK and stir peppers, mushrooms and onion in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat for 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

ADD chicken breast strips; cook an additional 2 minutes or until chicken is heated through, stirring frequently.

TOSS chicken and vegetables with salad greens in large salad bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly.
