This one turned out SO good & the recipe was NOT as complicated as I thought it was going to be -- it was quite easy, in fact. And the only reason I even made this recipe was because I had some pears that someone had given me & I had to find a way to get rid of them (I'm not a pear fan) & ... wow! You can give me your extra pears any time you want! :D

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wasn't thrilled with this recipe. I wasn't thrilled with this recipe. It needed something else, not sure what, maybe oatmeal. I love Nilla Wafers but they didn't provide enough crunchy topping. I used walnuts instead of pecans because I often eat cut up pear and walnuts together and think it is a good combination.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from We LOVED this! We LOVED this! The pear gave a nice switch from apples. I used a few more nilla wafers, cuz I really like the crust part, and it was fabulous! The individual servings were a great way to serve it straight from the oven.
