What You Need

 fully ripe avocado, cut into chunks
1
cup  rinsed canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/3
cup  chopped onions
2
large  cloves garlic, minced
3
Tbsp.  lemon juice
1
tsp.  hot pepper sauce
1
tsp.  ground cumin
 RITZ Crackers

Make It

BLEND all ingredients except crackers in blender until smooth. Transfer to bowl.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour.

SERVE with crackers.

Substitute
Substitute 1/2 tsp. instant minced garlic for the minced fresh garlic.
Make Ahead
Hummus can be stored in refrigerator up to 6 hours before serving.
