This is surprisingly good. The mix of sweet and sour is great. I wouldnt recommend eating alone. Great if you put atop some boston lettuce and throw in some chicken. Or serve as a lite side salad with fish in the summer time.
I haven't made it yet but it sounds really good! I love avocados and onions. Can't wait to try it!
