  • Combine turkey, celery and onions in small bowl. Mix mayo and dressing until blended. Add to turkey mixture; mix lightly.
  • Fill bread slices with lettuce, turkey mixture and avocado slices.

Prepare using Boston lettuce leaves.

Ripen avocados at room temperature. They will ripen faster if they are placed inside a brown paper bag along with a banana or an apple. Close the bag and leave at room temperature until the avocados are ripe.
