it wasn't spectacular but it wasn't bad either. it won't be in my regular rotatin but if i have an over-abundance of zucchini again i would make it. i added red onions and red pepper to the ground beef. next time i'm going to season the zucchini.
It was okay right out of the oven but the leftovers were not good. Sorry Kraft I'll not be making this again.
I made this several weeks ago. I don't own a mandolin so it was difficult to cut the zuchinni in the thin slices the recipe recommends. So the zuchinni was not cooked enough which made it impossible to cut into individual servings. The bbq sauce was also odd. Overall an irritatingly complicated recipe with akward taste.
