Special Equipment Needed

Serving Suggestion

Serve with water crackers and fresh vegetables dippers.

How to Easily Separate Bacon Slices

To prevent cold bacon slices from sticking together and tearing when pulled apart, form the unopened bacon package into a lengthwise tube then roll it back and forth a few times on the countertop. This loosens the bacon slices so they pull apart easily.

How to Soften Cream Cheese

Place completely unwrapped package of cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 10 sec. or just until softened. Add 15 sec. for each additional package of cream cheese.

How to Cook Bacon

Place bacon in single layer in large skillet, just barely overlapping slices. Cook on medium heat until lightly browned on one side; turn with tongs. Continue to cook until bacon is crisp, turning frequently. (A tip to check for doneness is when white, bubbly foam appears over the bacon slices.) Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute and easy! Looked cute. Tasted good, but not great. I see now another reviewer added a few other ingredients which I would try next time. FYI, I didn’t want to buy a whole jar of olives so I used a black jelly bean.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cute for the holiday I added garlic and green onion to this cheeseball and then I cut 2 pieces of carrot into small triangles and made a beak. It was much cuter than the snowman nose. The kids loved it for Easter.
