I love the flavors of spinach, beets, walnuts and feta. The tomatoes and raspberry vinaigrette were conflicting falvors to me. Next time I'll leave out the tomatoes and use maybe a balsamic vinaigrette. Finished it though and didn't hate it.
I enjoyed the mix of beets & spinich. My family would not eat it; not fans of beets!
