  • Cook egg product in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min. or until set, stirring occasionally. Stir in peppers.
  • Spoon down centers of tortillas; top with asparagus, cheese and bacon bits. Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up burrito-style.

How to Steam Asparagus in the Microwave

Place 1 lb. trimmed fresh asparagus in 2-qt. microwaveable casserole. Add 1/3 cup water; cover. Microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min. or until asparagus is crisp-tender. Drain well before using as desired.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with your favorite fresh fruit and a cold glass of fat-free milk to round out the meal.
