  • Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet with slotted spoon, reserving drippings in skillet; drain bacon on paper towels.
  • Add onions to skillet; cook 8 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in beer and garlic; cook on high heat 5 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently. Add sugar, pepper and thyme; mix well. Remove from heat; cool.
  • Heat oven to 400ºF. Spread pizza crust with mustard; place on baking sheet. Top with onions, cheese and bacon.
  • Bake 10 min. or until pizza is heated through and cheese is melted.

Serving Suggestion

Serve this flavorful pizza with a crisp mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Light Dressing.


Substitute 1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh thyme leaves for the dried thyme.

Non-Alcoholic Variation

Omit beer. Add garlic to cooked onions; cook on high heat 2 min. or until thickened, stirring frequently. Add sugar, pepper and thyme; mix well. Continue as directed.
