When chopping parsley or cilantro, chop both the leaves and tender portion at the tops of the stems. Both are tender and full of flavor. Because the base of the stems are tougher, they should be discarded.

Mmmm, soooo good. I could eat a whole pizza with this on it. I made my own alfredo sauce quickly and used that, but you could use a jar just as easily.
My husband hates alfredo sauce but asks me to make this again. Use precooked bacon crumbles to speed up the process.
