Introducing the best corn pudding in town. With ranch dressing, cheddar cheese and bacon, it’ll be a crowd favorite at your next brunch.

What You Need

 eggs, beaten
can  (15 oz.) cream-style corn
can  (11 oz.) corn with red and green bell peppers, drained
pkg.  (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
cup  KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
pkg.  (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
 green onions, sliced
slices  cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled

Make It

HEAT oven to 375°F.

MIX first 5 ingredients until well blended; stir in 1/2 cup cheese. Pour into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.

BAKE 40 min. Meanwhile, combine remaining cheese, onions and bacon.

TOP casserole with cheese mixture; bake 15 min. or until lightly browned.
