    Cheese, Bacon, and Rice are all things that my husband loves. However, putting them all together in this recipe is gross. Maybe if you add some type of cream soup to it it would be better. I love most of the recipes on this site, but this was the only one that we literally threw in the garbage.

    This dish was very tasty! I cooked it for my family yet they where not too enthused. I really liked it and would most likely make a small side dish for myself.

    I took this recipe to a cookout. I made the rice ahead and had my husband add the remaining ingredients (since I was at work), then heated it up. It was a definite hit. Next time I think I will use velveta cheese since the regular shredded cheese seemed like it made it a little dry.
