Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made these for breakfast the day before Easter and they were a hit. I made these for breakfast the day before Easter and they were a hit. I cut the leftovers in half and served them with Easter brunch and everyone was sad there weren't more - they all wanted seconds and the recipe! Instead of spreading the cream cheese on the crescent and topping with the fillings, I mixed it all together and then spread it on the crescent. It worked very well that way and came out great! I'll definitely make these again... soon, hopefully!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was an excellent recipe. This was an excellent recipe. We used ham instead of bacon, green onions instead of the peppers and it turned out very well. Next time though we will double the recipe and make a wreath out of the cresent rolls and fill it like that instead of rolling each one individually as the dough was difficult to work with and didn't look as nice as it did in the picture. It's a great snack and a use for the left over ham from Easter.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from These were incredibly tasty crowd pleasers! These were incredibly tasty crowd pleasers! I did not change the recipe one bit. I actually had to roll them up differently than in the photograph; I put the mixture in the middle of the triangle roll, and pinched all the sides up and together, to make almost a ball shape. This kept the ingredients from spilling out during cooking.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from bsolutely delicious! bsolutely delicious! I made these one weekend that we spent at a friends house at the beach. Made 2 batches and all 3 of our families LOVED them. Tried the with my family at home and substituted sausage, but it wasn't as good. The flavor of the bacon compliments the other ingredients much better.

It looked great, reviews were great, but it didn't have much taste and although I baked a little longer, it was a bit soggy for my taste. I think the ingredients would work with a regular shredded cheese, but the cream cheese gave it a mushy texture.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I served these on the Easter Buffet. I served these on the Easter Buffet. They were very good. I added chopped green onions. I also used fat free cream cheese and low fat crescents. The dough was a little hard to work with but they were very tasty. Will try at Church potluck.
