I thought this was delicious for those nights you want something quick and not so healthy! lol Super easy. The only thing I did different from directions was cook my bacon ahead and then added to ground beef and onions after melting cheese. I wanted crispy bacon, not mushy. This would be good to serve as an appetizer at a party.
COOK THE BACON FIRST, separately from the beef, and add it to the beef and onions when you're ready to roll it together. Otherwise you have soft mushy bacon and it detracts from the meal.
