Bacon-Corn Salsa

What You Need

slices  OSCAR MAYER Center Cut Bacon, chopped
cup  finely chopped green onions
cup  finely chopped red peppers
cup  frozen gold and white corn

Make It

COOK bacon in medium skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until crisp. Drain, reserving 1 tsp. of the drippings in skillet. Set bacon aside.

ADD onions and peppers to drippings in skillet. Cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add corn; cook 1 min. or just until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon.

SERVE with tortilla chips.

Fun Idea
Use Bacon-Corn Salsa as a topping for hot baked potatoes. Add a dollop of BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream and/or TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa, if desired.
Variation - Bacon-Corn Salsa Burgers
Spread each of 8 grilled ground beef patties with 1 Tbsp. TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa; top with 2 Tbsp. Bacon-Corn Salsa. Serve in hamburger buns, if desired. Makes 8 servings, 1 burger each.
