  • Cook bacon in medium skillet on medium heat 10 min. or until crisp, stirring occasionally. Use slotted spoon to transfer bacon to paper towels to drain. Discard all but 1 tsp. drippings from skillet.
  • Add onions and peppers to skillet; cook and stir 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Add chicken and corn; cook 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon.
  • Spread tortillas with salsa; top with chicken mixture and cheese. Roll up.

Add 2 thin avocado slices to each tortilla before rolling up.

Stack bacon slices, then use kitchen shears to cut the bacon into 1/2-inch pieces.

Variation

Prepare as directed, using one of the following flavor options: Bacon-Corn Salsa and BBQ Chicken Roll-Up: Use OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Grilled Chicken Breast Strips and substitute your favorite flavor KRAFT Barbecue Sauce for the salsa. Bacon-Corn Salsa and Shaved Turkey Roll-Up: Substitute 16 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast for the chicken breast strips. Bacon-Corn Salsa and Chicken Lettuce Wraps: Substitute 4 large lettuce leaves for the tortillas, folding in both sides of each lettuce leaf as you roll it up.

I did not have all ingredients, substituted chicken breasts I marinaded overnight in cumin, corriander, garlic and onion powder, kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper, oil , vinegar and some water, which I then broiled and cubed. Also left bacon out to add individually as my daughter doesn't care for bacon. Added a nice crunch to the rollup being left aside. This was great. Would make again tomorrow if I had some more tortillas and red pepper on hand!

The bacon adds a great crunch. I made it with chicken breasts that I seasoned with just season salt, pepper, and a little garlic powder. The salsas added enough "pep" for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow...just made it for dinner, and it was delicious. Wow...just made it for dinner, and it was delicious. I put some lettuce on the tortilla first, then the bacon mix, then the cheese, then salsa. It added and extra crunch and kept the tortilla from getting soggy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was the best! This was the best!!! Excellent! I didnt have any pepper so I sliced up some zuccini and it was great. Also I used bufflo chicken strips and it gave it a little kick. I would suggest this to anyone!
