What You Need

can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained, flaked

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

1/2

cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

1/3

cup OSCAR MAYER Bacon Pieces or Bits

1-1/2

Tbsp. parsley flakes

medium mushroom caps

Make It

PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except mushroom caps.

SPOON evenly into mushroom caps. Place on baking sheet.

BAKE 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Variation

Omit mushroom caps. Prepare crabmeat mixture as directed. Use as a spread for your favorite NABISCO Crackers or as a flavorful filling for sandwiches or hollowed-out cherry tomatoes. Serve hot or cold! Makes 1-1/3 cups.

Substitute

Substitute 1 pkg. (8 oz.) imitation crabmeat for the canned crabmeat.

This recipe is quick, easy and devine! I very nearly didn't get one the first time I made them for a party. Everyone raved, I just smiled and agreed......

I make these almost every holiday, and it always surprises me how easy they are to put together. I always assemble them the night before and bake just before company arrives. Just to add a bit of substance and crunch, I sprinkle in some Italian bread crumbs to the mix and on top. These are always a hit!

i changed this recipe slightly... my husband and i hate mayo, so i used 4oz of cream cheese instead... i thought it was delicious! i also added a tiny bit of garlic salt! After i baked them, i broiled them for about 1 min. would recommend! :)

These were awesome! I even topped them with more cheese and bacon before I cooked them. I actually cooked these for about 20 minutes until the mushrooms were tender. I felt the mushrooms after the 8-10 minutes and they felt very firm still.

Super fast and easy. I doubled the recipe for Christmas and made it with real crab in a container from Costco (16 oz). Also used olive oil mayo. Tasted awesome. Love it. Will try maybe breading the top with Italian bread crumbs....

I made this over the Christmas holidays for my families. It went over really well. I didn't have any leftovers. I also made another batch of the filling and used it just as a dip for crackers. The filling is awesome that way too! Loved it.

I have made these recipe a million times. It is always a hit and now my in-laws request it at every Thanksgiving. They are easy and taste great. Best thing is everybody thinks you worked really really hard on them! I always add a little garlic, and make sure to make extras. They get gone before you can blink!
