This was delicious and easy to make, my husband and I really enjoyed it. Our toddler even liked the burger, although we substituted ketchup for the blue cheese mixture! I read the reviews ahead of time and added extra bleu cheese since we love the taste of it.

Soooo good! We actually added more bleu cheese for a tangier taste.

My family loves this burger. I served it with regular potato chips and zesty dill pickle spears. The flavor is so intense! Nothing boring about this burger! If the spread taste is a little strong for someone, try using less spread on half the bun and mayonnaise on the other half.
