Rated 4 out of 5 by from I have made this recipe about 4 or 5 times. I have made this recipe about 4 or 5 times. It has been a big hit each time. One thing I learned after making it the first time - rather than cut the 8 triangles in half initially - I spread appx 2 tsp of the mixture on a full triangle, then cut the triangle in half and roll it up for baking. It is so much easier to spread the cream cheese mixture on a full triangle rather than as narrow as the 1/2 triangle is. This just makes the prep time a little easier.

I think it pleases a large variety of people. Cooking the bacon does take time, but the rest of the recipe is quite easy and relatively inexpensive. This recipe is definitely among the top 3 appetizers I make/bring to parties.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is delicious! This is delicious! These tasty treats are more for a sit down popper than a going to work or on the bus type breakfast, but we LOVED them. I in facted loved the stuffing so well I made a cheese ball out of it, throwing it in the oven. It was mild and went great for the part! Two Thumbs up for this one!! :D

They smelled delicious and my neice and nephew couldn't wait to eat them. Everyone tried one, but no one went back for seconds. I would rather just make plain crescents next time.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made these for my boyfriend and he loved them. I made these for my boyfriend and he loved them. I used full-sized crescent rolls instead of cutting them in half. I also cheated and used bacon pieces from a package instead of cooking the bacon myself. That saved a little on the prep-time.

This came out very good, but a bit dry. I may add more filling inside for the party tomorrow. They are easy and finish quickly, but take time to put together.
