  • Mash avocados lightly with mayo in medium bowl.
  • Reserve 1 Tbsp. bacon. Add remaining bacon to avocado mixture with lime juice and pepper sauce; mix well.
  • Refrigerate 15 min. Top with reserved bacon.

Substitute

Substitute 1 minced jalapeno pepper for the hot pepper sauce.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with tortilla chips.

Make Ahead

Guacamole can be stored in refrigerator up to 4 hours before serving. To prevent guacamole from darkening, cover with plastic wrap, pressing wrap directly onto surface of guacamole before refrigerating.
