  • Cook bacon in large skillet on medium heat 5 min., stirring occasionally. Add onions and cumin; cook an additional 5 min., stirring frequently. Cool.
  • Mix masa harina, cheese, water and salt until well blended. Place on lightly floured surface. Knead 5 min. or until smooth and elastic. Add bacon mixture; knead until well blended. Divide into 10 balls. With moistened hands, form each ball into a circle, about 1/2 inch thick.
  • Add dough circles, in batches, to large skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook on medium-high heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides, spraying skillet with additional cooking spray between batches.
