  • Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add mayo mixture; mix lightly.
  • Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

To cook potatoes in the microwave, place cubed potatoes and 1/4 cup water in 2-qt. microwaveable casserole; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 10 min. or until potatoes are tender, stirring after 5 min.; drain. Cool.

    I loved loved loved this recipe it takes place to my regular potato salad. This recipe taste like a loaded potato! yummy yummy

    Very good. Received lots of compliments. Added Ranch dressing for most of the mayo.

    I'm not a fan of potatoes in general, but this was surprisingly good! I used ranch dressing instead of mayo and salted the potatoes before cooking them. I'll add more onions next time and possibly tomatoes and eggs just to see if that can make it any better.
