Bacon Quesadillas

Bacon, cheese, green onions and tortillas: Put them in the oven together for pure melted yumminess. For a little heat, sub green chilies for the onions.

What You Need

flour tortillas, (6 inch)

cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses

1/4

cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

green onions, thinly sliced

Make It

HEAT oven to 400°F.

PLACE tortillas in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.

TOP half of each tortilla with 1/4 each of the remaining ingredients; fold in half. Press lightly to secure.

BAKE 8 to 10 min. or until edges are lightly browned.

I added cook chicken because my husband wouldnt have been happy with just bacon, turned out good. If I make this again, itll be for myself are a party and I want include anything extra because I love bacon.

Delicious, not as fattening since it's baked, and easy to make!you can mix and match the ingredients. You can try green onions. I tried regular onions and it was just as good.

Since I have a Quesadilla maker I used that...takes about 5 minutes each. I used bacon strips diced, cooked in a pan and drained on paper towels (just cause I perfer real bacon). We made them during halftime and ate them with sour cream and guacamole....great football food.

i didnt care for the bacon in it. i also made with 3 cheese ranch dressing. without bacon. was great that way. My husband likes it with the bacon and dressing together.
