  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add hash browns; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring occasionally. Spread evenly onto bottom of skillet.
  • Mix egg product, onions and milk until blended; pour over hash browns. Sprinkle with bacon; cover. Cook on medium-low heat 10 min. or until center is set.
  • Sprinkle with cheese; cook, covered, 2 min. or until melted.

Special Extra

Sprinkle with chopped tomatoes and/or freshly ground black pepper just before serving.

Substitute 1 pkg. (2.1 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, for the crumbled cooked bacon.

Storage Know-How

Store unopened package of bacon in refrigerator until the "Use by Date" stamped on the package. Once opened, wrap tightly and store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
